Course and Seminar Registration

We have extensive experience with registration for courses, seminars and educational classes. Product features especially important are:

  • If you hold the same event, but at multiple locations, and/or multiple dates we can use the same form with easy to use drop-down boxes (see example)
  • Our set-up system allows for bulk input of multiple courses at once to save time and improve accuracy of entered information
  • Separate capacity limits can be implemented for each date/location
  • Early bird cut-off dates can be implemented for each date/location
  • Custom pricing for select groups
  • Custom registration questions for each select group
Prefilled Forms/Writing to Your Database If you have your own database of, say members, then registration can start from your own web site and we can show you how to use our functionality to prefill our registration form as a convenient feature for your registrants. Similarly, when the registration is completed we can write back the registration information to your database.

 
Event Planners

We can collect and validate date and time information so you can accurately gather registrant hotel and flight arrival and departure information. This validated information can be read properly upon download by such programs as Excel and Access.

In addition, detailed instructions about your events can be incorporated in email acknowledgments.

 International Events

If you expect a substantial number of registrants from overseas, we have special functionality to facilitate registration, i.e.,

  • Wire transfer as a payment option in addition to credit cards, POs and checks
  • Our normal registration form rules to enforce zip code and state entries are relaxed if the registrant is from countries other than the USA and Canada
